Well it's like this, she won't walk down the street with me, cause she says it's may not be safe. So she takes me to a store somewhere, and we walk a little, then back in the truck and home. So hmmm, I see, your right hon, Maybe I should of worded it different.  Dad always said if you put my brain in a humm'n bird it'd fly backward's into a horses  ok I need a nap. Nite nite. Luv ya. Hey Bob, I'm glad to read you were able to walk for 30 minutes.  I read about your ordeal, and hope your energy returns 10-fold very very soon!  I've had my own "ordeal" which has caused me to be behind with everything, too.  But my physical therapist believes I can recover completely and I'm working very hard toward that end.  In case you don't know, my back was injured someway probably during my recovery room time after surgery.  I've had a couple of hospitalizations since surgery and I've been tested for EVERYTHING, and nothing showed up.  Dr. Spaw is THE MOST WONDERFUL and thorough doctor and has made sure that no stone was left unturned ( and unTESTED!!).  I know nothing happened to me during surgery, and I believe what did happen was accidental--I don't have a "flat back" yet I was laid on a flat surface!!  Anyhoo--I'll be out walking before long and back to work.  I'm happy that you're doing better.  jane

IDGOMB today as well, which is better than the other days this week.  I have been sick this week and missed the gym so far this week.  The only moving I have done is running up and down the stairs at my house to that ceramic throne everyone knows about.  It is better today- Thank Goodness. I will be back at the gym tomorrow. Bob L.  The energy returns a little at a time, take it easy and don't over do it. Bama Bob and Trina, you make me laugh!!!

Well I would like to say IFGOMB was:  I Finally Got Off My Butt.  Which might sound like I was not as clueless as most think.  But the reality is I am clueless being that D & F sit next to each other on the keyboard it was simply a typo.  But I can tell who in my group of friends are easily amused.  BwaHahaha!!!
