Hello

Hello everyone.  My name is Carolyn.  While I'm not new to the ObesityHelp.com , it has been awhile since I have been here.  I was researching WLS in 2006, been researching since 2001, and found out I was pregnant in Nov. 2006.  So that put a stop  to everything.  Well now my third son is ten months old and I am back.  And I also have my first appointment with Dr. Watson, a WL surgeon in Johnson City, TN, on July 1, 2008.  I am very excited. I welcome ALL advice and help I can get.   

Welcome home Carolyn!   this is one of the best places on the Internet for support.  No other board on OH is better than the people here in Tennessee!!!!!!  Plus, we can always use more "SouthernAngels" .  Ask questions, answer questions, and feel free to voice your opinion!  So, Welcome! 

Welcome Carolyn, You are just going to love us and this board. Just post away, we are here to help you laugh,cry, etc. We want to hear the highs and lows during your journey. Keep us posted on your progress. Cheryl

  Carolyn, Well everything seems to come at it's own time. I think you have your exercise program in place (chasing three little one's around) now it's time for your WLS. Hope for a fast process. Good Luck! C'ya Bob

Hi Carolyn. Welcome back to the boards. Congrats on the birth of your little one. Are you seeing the same surgeon you began the process with or are you having to start over with tests and submission..etc? Good luck on your journey to weight loss and better health. Keep us updated on your progress and let us know if there is anything we can help with.

Welcome, Carolyn. Glad to know you. I'm using Dr. Hodge who is in the same off with Dr. Watson in Johnson City. My first appointment will be July 21. There is another lady on the board who is also using Dr. Hodge. I would love to hear your opinion of the office people after your appointment. Good luck with the process. Karen

   Hey Carolyn. I am Becky and I am seeing Dr. Hodge who is Dr. Watson's partner in Johnson City. My first consult is July 9, 2008. I wish you the best of luck on your journey and am excited that I have someone else to share this experience with. ( Karen who is listed above is my "buddy" and we plan on sharing our  experiences with each other. ) We would love for you to share your thoughts, ideas, questions with us. The people on this forum are wonderful. I have only been on here about a month and have learned so much. Welcome and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
