Is your cup overflowing?
Our objective is to come up with a list of things we are thankful for! Now, it does not have to be weight loss related. But since this is who we are, why not!
Here is my list for today:
1) I am THANKFUL for a loving wife and son!
2) I'm THANKFUL for the ability to work and support my family.
3) I'm THANKFUL for my health.
4) I'm THANKFUL for my surgery and what it's done for me!
Now the list does not have to be long. This is just an exercise to help us keep the cup overflowing! to keep us on the positive. If you are suffering from depression, please talk to your Dr. about it. It happens to all of us sometimes!
Oh yeah ~ I'm THANKFUL for you! Have a good day! Susan (AKA bilsrib)

P E A C E - It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble, or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.
It is so easy to focus on the negatives at times but your right we need to look at what is good in our lives and take prospective. I am Thankul for LIFE in general. To be able to things I wasn't able to do before. I am Thankful for my daughters and my family that includes all of you here. I am thankful for the ability to work I am thankful for all my friends. Most of all I am Thankful to the one above who considers me worthwhile to bless so greatly.
Wow! I love this thread!!!!
I am thankful for my family...my wonderful husband who supports me in whatever I do and my precious, forward-thinking daughter who insists on challenging traditions that do not make sense. She makes me think "out of the box!"
I am thankful to have both parents and all of my sisters alive and well.
I am thankful to have wonderful friends.
I am thankful to be healthy enough to work two jobs.
I am thankful to have a cheerful disposition.
