20 Hour Plane trip
 If you have an IPAC or something similar, download some games and that will help pass the time.  Most international flights have movies that also help.  I like to take some Tylenol PM and and a benedryl to help sinuses and to help sleep.  If it's not turbulent, getting up every now and then and walking the aisles helps.  I also have an IPOD and I download some nice easy music to listen to that will help me sleep.  The planes often will have music for the locale you are going to and I like to listen to that, helps get me in the mood for that country.  If you have a book about Singapore, that will be a good time to review that.  Remember, don't chew gum in Singapore!  Have fun!
