New to Virginia

Hi Everyone- I just moved to Front Royal, VA in November and I am in search of a Bariatric surgery to follow up with. Do you have any idea of a good one in area? Any help would be appreciated. Hugs- Charla

Hello Charla, Welcome to the Virginia board! You will find it a great resource of information and friendship. I had my surgery at UVA in Charlottesville with Dr. Schirmer. He is the greatest. With you living in Front Royal, you should look into some of the northern Va Dr's. I know that we have a lot of Northern Va people on this board who can help you out. Good luck, Cathy

If you are looking at Northern Virginia I would have to recommed my surgeon Dr Halmi - or his office partner Dr Tran he is in Woodbridge - also there is his other partner Dr Anez in FairOaks Hospital in Fairfax...... all are excellent surgeons with great follow up programs. Jackie

Hi and WELCOME to VA and the board. I also had surgery @ UVA w/ Dr Schirmer and he is great he is my second God, but like the others have stated Im sure there are some closer to you. I know or think there is a place in Winchester or close by they were there and gone but I think someone has opened there again. hang in there sure you will get some great referers. Again welcome.

I live off interstate 81 not to far from you.....I went to dr schirmer in charlottesville, he is awesome surgeon and its about an hour and half drive from where I live ....Maybe two hours from front royal....If you have anymore questions send me an email [email protected]...
