Not too much going on here this weekend. I have bday party for 2 of my nephews, work on Sunday but that is about it. Kind of in the mood to go out and boogie but we will see what happens. I am desperately in need of some sleep, rest and relaxation so I will have to see how the pieces fall. Hope everyone has a great weekend. Courtney

Tomorrow night I'm gonna meet my girls from the Hampton Roads gang! I'm so looking forward to that! Today is not so fun. Got to see the gyno for routine exam. But then I am planting summer flower bulbs, putting out bird seed and just relaxing. Jen

Nothing earth shattering planned for this weekend. Yoga (as usual) on Saturday morning and then a haircut. We had 20 bags of mulch delivered a few weeks ago, so I suspect we'll take advantage of the great weather they predict and clean up the gardens and spread the mulch around. We're going on vacation in mid-April, so I'll probably start laying out some clothes to pack for that. If I'm really brave I may take my bike out of the garage and see if I still remember how to ride a "two-wheeler" That cold be fun to watch! Have a great weekend everyone! Chele

I am doing my first 10K this Saturday in Richmond at the invitation of my brother who did it 2 years ago. Nothing earth shattering, we are registered as walkers but want to finish in 90 minutes or less. I am 6 months out and down 144 to 263. I was hoping to be at 250 by race day but it is still alot better than the 294 in January. I have my second three month followup the next Thursday. I've been at 263 for the last two weeks so I hope maybe I'll be down some more before the followup. Did I mention I was nervous about the 10K? Well,...I'm not,..nervous that is,...about the 10K. Nope,...I'll be fine. I've been practicing since January and I can do this. Soon as I decide which shoes to wear and how to pin the bib number on and wheree the start line is,..and,...I'll be fine. Fine.
