100 pounds !!! I DID IT !!!

I never dreamed in a hundred years that I could lose 100 pounds. I've been a pound away for 4 days. After a very unwise Chinese lunch yesterday I easily shed another pound. (It wasn't pretty) I can't tell you guys how wonderful I feel. I'm so greatful for all of you. Your advice, your recipe's, and your friendship's have all contributed to my success. Of course, all of the credit goes to a loving Heavenly Father who has answered my daily prayers for strength. Again, thanks to all of you, especially the FFP's. You guys are the greatest !!! Yay for you! I'm really close too and I'm just praying it happens for me in the next few weeks. I'm going on Jill's plateau diet and I'm hoping that will break it for me! Congrats! Keep on inspiring! Amber
