OK I can not seem to find the recipe pages anymore..either I'm blind or they are gone..Anyways I'm in need of one badly..I am going to a birthday party tommrow and there are 3 of us that had WLS and I was going to bring a sugar free angle food cake from walmart with strawberrys and sugar free cool whip BUT walmart is all out of them and the woman claimed they have no been selling real well that she's not sure when they will get anymore..SO that doesn't help me at all..I have a TON of diffrent pie recipes but kind was looking for more of a "cake" type..Any ideas?? Even a brownie of some sort may work...Im clueless...If not then I guess I might play with my cheescake recipe and see how that goes..Everyone makes there's with cream cheese..I like mine the italian way made with ricotta but haven't played with it (meaning changing the sugar with the splenda)..anyways I'm rambling..Thanks to anyone who has ideas in advance.

OGM! I hope not, as it is a staple at my house! Check out Splenda.com They have alot of good recipes there. OH! Also, I saw this recipe on Paula Deen's show, and I was going to change it. but it goes something like this: Using a muffin pan, put cupcake liners in muffin pan. Place a vanilla wafer into ewach line (I was going touse the Murray's Vanilla Wafer's). The pour her cheesecake recipe on top (I was going to use mine, because of course, it's sugar free). Bake as directed. Then spoon canned blueberry pie filling on top (I was going to serve plain with various toppings for people to choose from - sugar free carmel, no sugar added cherry pie filling, etc). But, we have an RV and I was going to do this on our next big camping trip (Memorial Day weekend). Also, I am using silicon muffin pan, so I don't need to use the muffin liners. Jill
