Did You Move Today? Thursday June 7th
UGH! It's going to be a hot one today. Stay cool and drink PLENTY of water so you stay hydrated. 1st let me say - thank you for all of the kind notes that I have received in response to my first 5K. They have been VERY motivational and supportive and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
And for those who have asked....yes I am looking for another one. I'm hooked! Ok...so what are YOU doing to move today? Me? Today is a run day - especially since the trainer did NOT kill me yesterday - haha. Hopefully I can get in 4 miles today, but I suspect that it will be on the treadmill instead of outside. Have a GREAT day!

I walked today during lunch for 30 minutes. Last night I walked for 1 hour, for the last 15 minutes of the hour I did a slow jog back to the house. I felt good afterwards. I was tired but I did it.
