Breakfast : Acheive One - Hazelnut - ( Used to take my Vitamins With) Kroger Apple Pie Yogurt - Vanilla Bean Granola Half - English Muffin with Goat Cheese and Honey drizzle .. Yummmo Lunch Salad - Sandwich - toasted on WHOLE WHEAT or Pita or No bread at all .. use Lettuce as wrap . Turkey or Tuna Salad ... Grilled Asparagus or Grilled Zuccini ( Takes place of french fries .. OMG so good ) Dinner Fish or Chicken or some sort of Dense Protein Tomatoe and Cucumber Salad ( Tomatoes , Goat Cheese or Gyure mixed with Blue Cheese Dressing or wht ever dressing you like ... ) I do not use anything fat free .. has too much sugar in it .. stick with the real stuff .. just do not go overboard Baked Sweet Potatoe ( Less carbs than other potatoes ) Grilled Veggies of some sort ... I do 2 Achieve Ones a day .. One Carribean Cooler Almonds to snack on Late night snacks - Pop Corn .. Dark Pretzels - No sugar added Ice Cream

Well here is my menu for the day. I am pmsing so the carbs may seem a bit harsh and I seem to be hungrier so I am snacking some. Happens every month unfortunately. breakfast will be 4 oz Dannon light & fit yogurt, 1/2 multigrain light english muffin toasted with peanut butter, and a small banana. lunch will be a ham, cheese & tomato sandwich on whole grain white bread (I really like the Blue Ribbon brand, the bread isn't dry, the slices and smaller, and it isn't as heavy as wheat bread), a few multigrain Sun Chips & a small banana. dinner will be leftovers from last night, steak, a little bit of mashed potatoes, and some grilled seasonal veggies. Might throw in a popcorn snack, string cheese, or protein bar in there once or twice today.

OK my days intake were: Breakfast: Sausage patty 1pc Toast hot decf tea Lunch: Salad w/ lil ham beets egg cheese onion w/ lil dressing small amount of cottege cheese Broc/chedder soup (not all) Had leftover Unsweet Tea Dinner: Grilled steak Toss salad (very lil) 2.5 bottles of water ate more of the meat
