Hey Nat,   I spent five hours watching the marathon shows yesterday.  I was notified by a friend (Ramon) that he was going to be on it, and his wasn't until the last one, so I got to see them all.  I was so inspired by all the people on the shows.  Being four years out now from surgery, I think I have a tendancy to not even think about what I eat anymore unless it is sugar, because I still dump from that.  I did so well for the first couple of years, I was up to running 3 miles a day.  Now I can't even tell you the last time that I ran, or had a good brisk walk, for that matter.  Watching the show made me realize that I need to get busy again.......and I had a good long talk with the new guy in my life about this last night too.  He is eager to help me get back into my workout routine (I really think he could use some consistency there too), and I am willing to take whatever encouragement I can get............so bottom line for me is....................these people on the Big Medicine marathon yesterday inspired me to get back on track.   Hope you are feeling better each day Sweetie........we need to get together sometime soon....I want a ride in that new pony!!!!!

Thank you Nat for your post. I have watched Big Medicine a few times when I am not working. I really enjoy watching it. Have you or anyone else watched Shaq's big challenge? It is a show where Shaquille Oneal helps obese children learn about the dangers of obesity and teach them to exercise and eat healthy. While watching the first show, my boys were doing push ups and sit ups during the commercial breaks. They were so pumped up about seeing Shaq help these kids.  It was great meeting you and your new hubby Saturday. You are such a remarkable person. Thank you for all you do. I will be sending you an e-mail soon about your product. Tootles!!! Cath
