I just wanna say you go Girl to our Joann T. she has been smoke free now for months not sure of the exact time but I know its been a long time for her and maybe she will come her an tell us, I just wanna Congradulate her I know its been VERY HARD for her w/ all her pain issues she has had we love you Joann and you keep up the GREAT work kiddo and we will see ya in a few weeks. yes congradulations to her!! that is such a hard thing to go thru, my friend is struggling with it right now, and the weight gain that is following, so CONGRADULATIONS on the hard work not smoking. your saving your health!

Thanks for the pat on the back! My last cig was on May 21, so it has almost been 2 months. I still want one every day, but so far, so good.
No grandson yet! My daughter, Kayte, says that he's waiting for her birthday--Saturday. (She will be 21 on the 21st!) I can't wait to hold him, kiss him, smell him......I just can't wait!!!

Congrats JoAnn!!!! It isn't an easy thing to do. I have been smoke free now since April and my craving is gone!! Woohooooooooo. My hubby smokes and I think the smell from his cigs is what keeps me in line with staying smoke free. Thank goodness he smokes outside. Of course when I smoked we never smoked indoors at all!!
