Hello all, I have come across a really good recipe that I wanted to share with all of you. It is made with cottage cheese and Jello.  I love it and so does my family! 1 small box SF Jello (any flavor) 1 1/2 cups boiling water 1 3/4 cups of small curd cottage cheese ( I use the 2% fat ) 1 1/2 cups SF cool whip In a bowl, dissolve Jello in boiling water.  In a blender or food processor, process the cottage cheese until smooth. Stir into Jello. Refrigerate until partially set, and fold in Cool Whip. Refrigerate until set and enjoy. You could mold this into a nice fancy shape if you wanted to.  You could add crushed pineapple or manderine oranges also.  It has 9 grams of protein per serving. (6 servings total) and 92 calories. Tootles!!! Cath

that sounds very similar to a recipe my mom used to use, but she didn't add water, it was one large box of strawberry jello, large tub of cool whip, large tub of cottage cheese and drained crushed pineapples... and it was yummy... your recipe sounds yummy too, gonna have to write it down!!!
