Today, "Go for the goal!"

Unless we set a goal, there is no way to reach it. Unless we have an end result in mind, we will never know when we get there. Many of us don't reach our goals because we haven't set any. Let's set some goals for our lives by starting with short term realistic goals. Then when we reach those short term goals, we will be more motivated to set long term goals and then go after them. What goals are you settin today ?

AWESOME topic! Ok.....since I've had to do so much travelling, I started grazing really bad.  So...my goal is to not graze today. (I'm taking it one day at a time). That and to not let anyone interfer with my workout today.  My back hurts and it's because I didn't move yesterday. Long term goal, I really want to run the Rock and Roll 1/2 marathon next year for the Injured Marines Fund.  (There....I wrote it down, so now I have to do it).  That, and to be the best person I can possibly be.

My goal for today is to not sway from the clear liquid diet i'm on til surgery a week from today. Today is day 3.

Good morning Nat.  My goal for today is to not eat junk food! I have been terribly naughty lately. My long term goal is to loose another 10 pounds. I know what to do, I just have to make my mind up to do it. Water... Protein... Exercise... Thanks for the post! Cath
