What Are You Doing To Move Today? Wednesday Sept 5th

Good Morning Everyone..... What a day already!  This morning, driving across the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel, I saw the most beautiful sunrise (yes...I get to work early) and was SO happy to just be alive.  Sore muscles and all...... So, I say...let's CELEBRATE!  What are YOU doing to move today? Me?  Running on the treadmill for 3.5 miles and then stretching.  LOTS of stretching! Enjoy your day and get your blood pumping!

 I just rode my bike 2 miles! My legs feel like rubber now. This PM I will do some ab work and take a walk with my hubby.

i just got home from the gym. I did 2.5 miles on the elliptical. I did an upper body work out and then I went 1 mile around the track. I did not feel like going this morning and I even tried to talk myself out of it, but I went and I feel better now. Hope everyone is enjoying the beautiful day! Cath
