For those of you who have iPod's/MP3 players what are your top songs for exercising/walking??? I am looking for some new music suggestions and who better to lemme know! I've got a wide variety but am always looking to change things up a bit. So, what gets ya jumping and moving? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I have to second Jill on that Kanye....the beat just is impossible to top when it comes to moving! It just forces you to keep moving lol! He also has "workout plan" on his 1st album (college dropout) which is nice also.

Being an old broad, I like the old stuff. Gloria Estefan comes to mind with her latin beat songs. If you like a country beat, there's Boot Scootin' Boogie. How about Big Band sounds? Benny Goodman, Glenn Miller, etc. Strike up the band with John Phillip Souza!!!

Wow! Heck yeah! I LOVE old school music for sure! In fact, some friends and I were talking last pm about that very thing. I LOVE listening to a wide variety of music! Goooood ones here too. Toby Mac RAWKS & I enjoy Plumb and I also like Christina Aguliera's "I'm the Boss" with Brian Setzer and such! Rockstar gets me gigling cause its true huh? I listening to a lot of Christian bands and they get me pumpin! Nothing like the songs of life and love and faith/hope to get me moving! THANKS!
