Ok, so just when I thought everything with my WLS plan was going great, I find out this week, after passing my psch eval, that I have to wait till Feb. and see my PCP every month for my insurance to approve me. Why didn't  somebody tell me this months ago? It was an oversight. It happens. Oh, shucks! Beetlejuice! Was really looing forward to joining you guys soon on the loosers bench. Next year seems to far away to even comprehend. Hope ya'll don't get tired of me before then!  And I can get over this whiiiiiiiiiiiiiine!!!!!   Pam

Hi Pam,  My surgeon is Dr. Schirmer, and I was told the same thing (6 months), but was approved in just a little over 3 months. I sent a long letter to my insurance co telling them my whole life story of obesity and being on diets my whole adult life. (and most of my youth) So hang in there 6 months is not that long to wait, and who knows....it may be shorter than you think..... Good luck Cathy

Pam thats why we are here for support we will be here for as long as you need us so dont ever think we get tired of you or anyone else. We love all our Va gang!! And if there is anything we can do to help just shout out to us. And I hope you will come to our meets, Ill be getting one together when I get back from my trip. You hang in there we will see ya through these next few months, and with the holidays you will be busy busy busy so they will fly by for you.... Hugs. 

Thanks gals, I've already been waiting 6mths for the drs. appt. and wat not,and it's gone by pretty fast, so like you said Prissy, with the holidays coming, I know it will fly by. Just hope not to gain too much weight! Thanks again for the support. Pam
