Michael, I get you!! I know exactly what you mean. It does get better though. You will have to train your brain that you are getting thinner. I felt the same way for the longest time. Everyone kept saying wow girl you look smaller every time I see you but I just didn't feel that or really see it. I do now though. I still have those days though and when I do I go jump on the scale to reassure myself that yes it is really true and happening. I call that my control mechanism as I usually feel that way when making bad food choices. Believe me I never want to go back to that unhealthy miserable person I used to be. You are doing great!!! Keep up the great work!!!

Michael you are looking fabulous! You are doing so great. They say it takes our brains approximately 2 years to catch up with our bodies and see the "new" us. I have to say as I approach my two year surgiversary I can tell where I see the difference more now. I admit I do have bad days but not like before. Keep it up!!!!
You look marvelous! It makes complete sense! It takes some time to get our minds and bodies in sync. Keep plugging away! Take care....

I understand exactly what you are talking about. Some days I feel so fat and some days I feel normal. Some clothes that I wear make me feel good and some leave me feeling fat....I dont get it either. I guess surgery fixed our tummies, but not our brains....
By the way.. you look fabulous! Keep up the great work!

Michael you can definitely see a tremendous difference! You are looking great! I hear you about the body image though - for a long tme I nevr felt that I looked much different. I recently had the lower body lift to get rid of the excess skin on my stomach and it has made a tremendous difference to not look at all that hanging skin even under clothes! I actually feel somewhat normal now.....
You will get there - give it time!
