THANK GOODNESS ITS FRIDAY!!!!

TGIF all!!! How are ya'll doing this am? Its another chilly am but doesn't it feel GREAT to be alive and kickin'?? I am a bit sluggish this am but that will change for sure. I saw a quite beautiful site a few times over yesterday and that would be some remaining butterflies fluttering around. They are really ready to flutter to warmer climates but God must have known I needed them in my day.  Sooooo kewl!  So, are you up?? Sippin' on your fav cuppa?? Have you smile yet?? Have you given things to the Lord and asked Him to guide and comfort you and to give you strength to get through your day?? Have you read something that melts your heart, makes you laugh, gets your emotions excited?? Come on....roll out the bed get on your feet and  a little. It'll do you some good!! So what if your kids, hubs, wife, dogs, cats and even fish and birds think you have lost it, you seem to be one piece of bread short of making a sammich, a couple fries short of a happy meal DO IT I PROMISE YOU music is one of the BEST things we have in our lives. I love to listen to Brian Setzer lately. He's put out an amazing album called Wolfgang's Big Night Out and its ALL classical music done Brian Setzer style (bing band swing type stuff)!! Oh its get me moving for sure; so much that I downloaded a ringtone for my cell from it! Soooo....what's your plans for today on this another WONDERFUL day we're blessed to wake into? How about the weekend? Got some great things going on? Getting out in nature? Joining in a celebration with family and/or friends? Going out for some enjoyment? Reading a great book? Checking out a great flick or 2?  Today for me/us are a few chores, some errands, snatching up a few things for the weekend. Gonna watch a flick before its due back (or not lol) and I'm hopefully catching lunch with a great connection. Saturday is gonna be neat. Time in nature doing my normal rituals then mid pm gathering the fam and heading up North for one of THE best shindig's to close the year!!! WAHOOOO! I hope we get to dance cause I gotta scratch and need to itch it!!!  I am NOT driving so YEAH ME! I'm gonna pack things for the buggas to keep busy and not have to hear ARE WE THERE YET??? (well yeah right we'll hear it but we got SELECTIVE hearing ) and I'm gonna read and jam to music and leave the driving to my chauffeur! It'll be a neat trip back with the buggas prolly and me STILL reading (you could say I'm obsessed with books & music I admit it!). Sunday is gonna be relaxing and prolly a few other activities in nature.  No matter your plans remember to give things over to the Lord!! He will see us through anything! I hope EVERYONE has an amazing Friday and weekend! Remember to SMILE every chance you get and share your kindness with others.   Goodmorning, ms sunshine....not much sunshine here this am but that is ok...I have PT today and they promised me a good workout on my shoulder.    It isn't the excersises that hurt, it is when they go to stretching my arm that hurts!!!!   Ouchie.  Couple more weeks and I should be done.  I go back to the surgeon on Monday and I guess he will tell me how much more.   No plans for the weekend yet.  Would love to do some heavy cleaning but not yet.  There is alot I would love to do but my therapist said NO.  At least I can drive a little now.  With gas prices so high now, can't afford to go anywhere!!!!!!   Well, I hope that everyone has a wonderful weekend no matter where they are or what they do.  Just have a safe one.  Stay warm  and I love ya all... Good Morning!!!!  Sorry I'm a bit late, but I slept in a little this morning.  I swear I hate sleeping int he living room....my guys get up really early for work and school so I end up waking up at 600 because someone has been moving around very loudly.  So, this morning instead of getting up, I stayed in the chair with a blanket over my head - hehe. Today will be a fun day that I have been really looking forward to.  I am going to the spa to get my nails done, do an ultimate pedicure and get my haircut.  I'm thinking a facial, too, but only if they can do it without me having to lay down on the table.  Cannot do that...... But, the pedicure is called the pumpkin ultimate and what they do is they will be using pumpkin and vanilla essentail oils, pumpkin scrub, pumpkin vanilla lotion, they give you herbal tea and pumpkin cheesecake to enjoy, etc. etc.  It's a bit more than the typical pedicure but it is definately more pampering. So...enjoy your day!

Morning Jill - LOL blanket over the head huh? Classic! Yeah its always when we wanna sleep that someone else is like WAHOOOOOOOOO PARTY DOWN IN THE AM SLEEPING HOURS! Good morning Kat!  Today  I will be a new mama for our new puppy (Marcy Freckles) that we adopted yesterday... I am tired because of the nightly potty breaks and the whining that was done at 3am . It is like having a baby in the house! I forgot how exhausting having a puppy could be! But what a joy she has brought to my boys! They are so happy! She is a Australian Cattle dog (blue heeler) mix.  Last night when my 9yr old said his prayers, he thanked God for bringing Marcy into his life. That to me, made every last reservation I might have had about getting a puppy disappear! God Bless! cathy
