Tomorrow is finally here

Well my surgery is tomorrow, Dec 4th. I'm so ready for it. I'm not nervous at all (yet). I guess I just have total confidence in the team at Portsmouth Naval Med Center. The doctors and corpsmen are all too professional.  I'm physically ready. I've lost 23 pounds in the last 18 days. I'm under 300 for the first time in years.  My liver should be a good (workable) size. I'll be out of touch for a few days but will post again and let you know how it went on Friday this week. Thanks for all the support and information you all have given. This site probably contributed to my feeling so ready.  Thanks!!

Bill- I'll be thinking about you!! Please let us know as soon as you can how you are!! A word of advice...if it feels like gas....go to the bathroom anyway.... You'll thank me for that advice!!
