Carb crazy!
, I guess I am not perfect and I need help...
It really helps to just put my words down, to vent, to talk about it. So here I am typing my fool head off.
I have even woke up in the middle of the night wanting something sweet, a piece of banana, a nibble of a cookie, or a bite of a cracker. I literally start shaking if I dont get my fix. I feel sluggish, tired and unfocused. I have a problem. I cant walk through my kitchen with out looking through the cabinets and refridge looking for a fix!
I know what I need to do.... QUIT COLD TURKEY!!! And start eating turkey!!!!!
I am PMS'n, but usually I dont feel THIS crazy. I want to start the 5 day pouch test. Maybe that would reset my pouch into eating healthy foods, but I dont know if I can do it!
Thanks for being here for me, and letting me vent, talk and just plain ramble on and on and on.....
God Bless
Cathy

Cathy, never apologize for struggling with anything! Carbs are a tough one. I struggle every single day with them and probably always will. I try to satisfy the need by choosing something that is as high in protein as possible, like protein chips, soy crisps, etc. That way, I get the crunch but also the protein. Like Jackie said, do a daily check in on the board and let us know how you are doing. Good Luck!
