Hit 80% gone....now I almost am 1/8 of a ton

Weighed in at 254 today when I got home from the gym. That is 80% of my excess body weight gone. 4 pounds and I am only 1/8th of a ton, or a tiny 250 lbs. That is 135 lbs. gone in 4 1/2 months! Only 34 lbs left to my goal weight!

I had weight loss surgery. I did it the easy way.
