I have had absolutely zero problems with eating so far. In fact, I'm a little worried that I'll be able to eat too much, too fast.

Any of you have this problem?

Aloha David- you mean drinking? You're on fluids still, right? XOLori

I'm on "full" liquids.

Today I had a Carnation Instant Breakfast, and Atkins Vanilla Shake thingy, half a cup of cream of chicken soup, and a Healthy Choice fudge bar. Sometime around 7:00 tonight, I'll probably have one cup of Andersen's split pea soup.

I've been eating like this for three days and have had zero issues problems gas, etc. Like I said, "Is something wrong with me?"

LOL!

Can you give an example of what and how much you are having in your typical day, it would be easier to make a comparison because I am already 10 weeks out.

Aloha David-

Signature- Go to User Settings on the left hand side under VSG forum, click on that and you can personalize your signature.

Meal amounts- the first few weeks it took me a while to get an entire cup of creamed soup down- like an hour - your amounts sound  fine. You will be able to eat less when you switch onto dense proteins or eat vegetables or beans/lentils in your soups. If you are having no problems with it, that's super- the way it's supposed to be!

I've actually had split pea soup and have had no problems with that, either.

I loved the anderson's split pea soup it did't bother me at all. Nothing I have ate has bothered me I wi**** would, sometimes it's scary to think I can eat without any problems. Best of luck on your journey.
