Novascotiadawn or her sister?

Has anyone gotten an update on Donna?  I haven't seen anything since her sister posted she went to ER and had a leak.

I have been watching for an update as well.  I'm hoping she is on the mend but would feel much better if we could get an update!

 I have not stopped thinking of her and am praying she is well. I was just about to write this on the forum glad we all are thinking of her.

Me too...I have been thinking about her and praying for her recovery...I truly hope she is on the mend...I would really feel better if we got an update..I will continue to send prayers her way!

is there anyone here who lives nearby and could get us some info? I am worried for her myself.

I don't remember seeing any other VSG'ers on the forum who are from the Canadian east coast - she's it, unfortunately. I, too, am thinking about her and hoping she's on the mend! I think her sister sent the message Oct. 15. That was only 3 days ago. So chances are, she's still in the hospital and recovering. Perhaps the surgery was more complicated than a straight VSG - maybe the whole thing will take a little longer.... Like everyone else, I can't wait for her to come back herself and let us know she's in full recovery mode!

Thinking of Donna, too!  Hope she's healing well and back on the boards soon!

She has been fighting pain and ongoing issues since surgery- she was diagnosed and treated for a whole host of issues- sounds like she was being misdiagnosed the entire time

I hope the docs got it right this time.

I'm with Lori on this one....how in the world could she have gone through all these months, and all these tests, and now have a leak? Or is it that nobody every caught it in all those tests?! My heart goes out to her cause nobody deserves that! Man I hope she's okay.
