Lettuce anyone?
Leafy veggies do not agree with me either. But I can eat cucumbers, squash, zuccini, and avacados(really a fruit). I eat spinach cooked but have not had much luck raw. I dont eat veggies too often though as I focus on getting in my protein. I take a veggie supplement to make up for it. I am not a snacker so it is not an issue for that purpose.

Current Weight 130-135 Size 4 I usually save having a nice salad for the evening, if I get hungry and I've already had all the protein that I need. I like the taste of salads, too. I don't remember at what point I was able to add lettuce after my sleeve.
I guessjust take it easy and have a little bit and see if your tolerance gets better?

I think it just takes time. Some people's stomachs are just more sensitive than others. I had lettuce at 7 weeks with no issue even though most people need to wait 2-3 months and some programs tell you to wait 6 months for salad.
