I'm 3 mo. today.........I've been eating "some" salad for about 3 weeks now with no problem....I say some because I try to get protein in first and that does not leave alot of room for salad........but I've had not problems with it.  Lord KNOWS I need all the fiber I can get!!!

Good Luck

Leafy veggies do not agree with me either.  But I can eat cucumbers, squash, zuccini, and avacados(really a fruit).  I eat spinach cooked but have not had much luck raw.  I dont eat veggies too often though as I focus on getting in my protein.  I take a veggie supplement to make up for it.  I am not a snacker so it is not an issue for that purpose.

Veggie supplement? What kind and where can I get it. Once I get my protein in there is just no room for veggies.
Let me tell you how much I love my sleeve...

I usually save having a nice salad for the evening, if I get hungry and I've already had all the protein that I need.   I like the taste of salads, too.  I don't remember at what point I was able to add lettuce after my sleeve.

I guessjust take it easy and have a little bit and see if your tolerance gets better?

I think it just takes time. Some people's stomachs are just more sensitive than others. I had lettuce at 7 weeks with no issue even though most people need to wait 2-3 months and some programs tell you to wait 6 months for salad.
