Calm down! I gained 2 lbs 2 weeks out. The reason I think it was that I was consitaped and not having regular stalls. As soon as I was able to go to the bathroom I lost 1/2 lb and by the end of the week another 3. It will go away. Don't freak out!

Hi Cmiramontes,

I don't have a scale at home anymore...

I will be going to the  health clinic once a month and weighing on the same scales each time.

I figure I will rarely see a gain that way

I stopped looking at the scales years ago, I go by how my clothes fit and how I look in the mirror.

Although I admit, I can't wait until one month out to hop on those scales

Take care and good luck with the rest of your weigh loss.

Trust me on this: .5 lb is nothing. It can be water or an inaccurate scale. If you are tracking your food so that you know for sure that you are operating at a calories deficit, then that means you are losing, even if the scale doesn't always show it.

This is why I only report my losses in 1 lb. increments and only count my weight on Mondays. As they say in the statistics field: precision is not accuracy.

(((Hugs))) It's disconcerting and stressful but yes it's temporal. Hang in there.
