i understand a stall, but a gain? only 19 days after?
From reading these boards, it seems that most people lose weight off and on, not evenly. That means stalls, not just 3 day stalls but 2 week stalls and 3 week stalls. Your body goes through phases of burning fat and rebuilding muscle.
Don't be so hard on yourself, you're doing great!
I think we'd all feel better if we only weighed once a month. Of course, I can't walk by the scale in the morning without checking it.
My 2 1/2 year old also weighs herself, then yells out random numbers. 345! 746!

This too will pass! Not long after my surgery I gained 2 lbs one week and 2 pounds the next....I was hysterical. But the next week those 4 pounds came off along with some more weight...I am now three months out and 60 lbs down...So you will be fine. I quit weighting myself daily at that time. As much as I am tempted, I only weigh myself once a week on Monday mornings. It helps me not be so obsessed with numbers and more aware of how I feel and how my clothes are fitting me. I promise...you will be okay! Good Luck!

1/2 a pound? We naturally fluctuate a little with fluids in our system etc. My goodnes. lol
Jeremiah 29:11-13 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.
Are you weighing yourself everyday? Our weight fluctuates. Mines went up 5 pounds in the middle of the day and come back down the next. This is why its best to pick one day, at one time...and weigh in. No more.
