Anyone try Acai Berry, to increase metabolism?

Acai Berry contains high levels of anti-oxidants that help to rid your body of unnecessary waste and build-up. This alone can improve your BMI greatly and cause an initial weight loss of up to 10 pounds or more. When your body is clean, your organ tissues can absorb nutrients better, and your body will more effectively manage your weight and hunger as a side-effect.

Has anyone out there tried this supplement?  Is it a buch of balony?

Well, I drink the Fuze Slenderize w/ Acai Berry almost daily and it's not doing squat for me in that dept but it probably doesn't contain enough of it to make a real difference anyhow.

Hmmmm, I'm wondering if it's a gimicky type product ....like that rare plant from Africa.

BTW, I haven't lost either this month.  I'm glad you can get matching undie sets now.  That was quite a dramatic photo, from your one year with the difference in bras.  I bet your back feels so much better.

What do you think of us both not losing this month (13 mths for both of us) and still being in the overweight category for BMI.  For me, I'd have to weigh 140 lbs. to be in the normal category.  I see that most people lose 10-12 lbs. after plastic surgery.....Congrats on thirteen months anyhow Chirozo Jean.

One of my co-workers used that supplement and she lost her belly fat. She wasn't big to start with maybe a size 6.  She stopped taking it and the muffin top came back.  I think the fiber in it did more than the acai berry.

I have heard it numerous times that that Acai Berry crap is just that  CRAP.  In fact, I also heard somewhere that lots of people are suing saying its a fluke.  I dont know...I always wonder about these things myself.  A bunch of my coworkers were doing a sort of Colon Cleanse diet--they claim their belly fat is going away?  But IMO this is just a liquid diet..and I dont have to buy anthing to do that.  If you want to boost your metabolism--why not try doing the 5 day pouch test. Thats just my 2 cents...

My nut put it quite simply, there is no food that increases your metabolism. The only thing that increases it, is exercise, plain and simple. So I've stopped paying attention to all those false  claims from products that I know won't do a darn thing.

Yea, I heard the same thing.  Increasing exercise will rev the metabolism
