Charlene I'm losing so slowly, thank you for that encouraging post, its gives me hope! I actually start to believe that I'm broken and my surgery was screwed up. Then I get depressed, then i whine and my husband gets irritated cause I'm self pay and he was hoping this would stop my weight whining.

DONT STOP..NO MATTER HOW SLOW YOU ARE LOOSING..KEEP DOING THE PROGRAM..SOMEWHERE IN YOUR BODY THAT FAT CELL IS FIGHTING TO STAY...BUT THE SLEEVE HAS WON..LOL..seriously, be encouraged. the wt is coming off...
