Biggest Loser
Yeah they had Eric (a winner from another season) who had gained ALL of his weight back on and they had taken him to the BL resort they have to help him get back to his BL winning weight.
I know that Koli went to Las Vages after they left the ranch and until the finale to work out 24/7. I think that shouldn't be allowed. It's SUPPOSE to be about LIVING a REAL life. I think it's cheating to go and just work out like he did while they were on the ranch.
I hope them all the best and hope they are able to keep it off!
Jillian's new show looks interesting. Anyone else thinking of watching it?

I took a class from a previous contestant. He said basically for the last month it's boiled chicken and broccoli with no seasoning. He said they actually weigh them in a couple of days ahead of the show. The producers know who is going to win and design the order for drama. He said on the day of the actual taping he had gained 20 pounds, in 3 days from the "official" weigh in.
At the ranch however, they basically eat their BMR minus 500 calories. Ends up being at least 1400 cal for women 1600 for men. Work out at least 4 hours a day. 1 hour cardio on their own, 1 hour weights with trainer, 1 hour cardio with trainer, 1 hour cardio on their own. Goal is burn min. 4000 calories a day. If our bodies actually worked according to the trainers math they should each lose about 1 pound a day.

I remember last season when Jillian went to visit people after they left the ranch and she was talking with that years winner (prior to the finale) and the lady was crying and Jillian was like "you need to LIVE your life! You need to have a glass of wine with friends and enjoy life!" Here I was thinking that they ALL were living life and just working out around every day, normal life. I think that's rigged that they are starving themselves and all that crap! I've really lost an interest in it now. That's not healthy and not a healthy example of how to go about losing weight.
I'm soo proud of Shay and all the others that actually left the ranch early and lost weight living ordinary lives. Go them!!
