When you are on solids, you might find this interesting.
I take a pita, spread hummus on it, then some deli meat and top with low fat provolone. Roll it up and 1/2 makes a full meal.

yep, why not just eat it with a spoon. but you could spread it on some lettuce leaves and roll them up or have it on thin cucumber slices. also, beligan endive has these cool little leaves that are lile little scoops. hmmm that sounds good. think i will get some. love hummus.

and also, there are these low carb tortillas that are whole grain and only have about 5 net carbs each. i usually can't eat a whole one. you could toast one if you wanted or just have it plain. now i want to eat this too! D

The only way I would ever wat hummus would be if I was starving, and that was the ONLY food available. And then I think I'd hesitate.

I love hummus, I roll it in deli meat or just eat it plain. MY lunch a few days ago was a slice of tomoato, hummus, Deli meat and a slice of avocado. Turned out to be too much food for 1 meal, but I ate a little of each.
