Anyone use these? How far out did you start using low carb products? Any recommendations for these?

Mission makes a low carb tortilla and i used that even at pre op.....grill some boneless chicken fillets marinated with the over the counter chicken marinade they have at mexican store and you'll have a really nice chicken taco  just finely chop the chicken when done.

i occasionally use low carb tortillas. about 50 cal and 5 g carb plus maybe 5 g protein. can soften in microwavea and have chickien fajita. but best thing is to sprinkle with parmesan cheese flakes, cook in micorwave on lower power for two to three minutes until they start to darken but are not quite burnt. take out and they will be soft while hot but when cool are crisp as a cracker. great served with hummas. a way to have a cracker like thing without blowing the carb and calorie count. can also cut in thin strips and use like noodles in chicken broth. d

I dont remember when, but it had to be close to 6 months post op, just due to room.  I got off protein shakes so I had to eat my protein and I didnt have room for them.  I eat them now fairly often

I bought these Roll Ups (Damascus Bakeries) from Costco and they are awesome! They make amazing pizza crust if you want low carb pizza.  They have 18g of carbs per roll up but they are HUGE so I am sure you'll have to at least quarter them. Also 11 grams of protein.

There is no VSG diet program that I have ever heard of that has these as a part of it.  Certainly not for someone that had their sleeve less than a month ago.

Stick to your program.  You have it for a reason.  There is plenty of time for carbs later on, after you reach your goal.  You won't die without them, but you may well get off track if you start eating them.
