Oldtimers: How much can you eat?

I had my sleeve July 2009.  I was a revision from the band.  I feel like I eat as much as a "no sleeve"  regular person.

For instance:  Can you eat a Chick-Fil-A sandwich with fries and a drink?
I can, no problem.  At work the other day I ate a whole broiled chicken breast and 2 veg sides.

Note:  Please don't flame me for the Chick-Fil-A.....I am on maintenance, although I wouldn't be sad if I lost 10 pounds!

I think the question should be how much should I eat rather then how much can I eat. I know doctors suggestions vary but I was told to stick to 3-4 oz per meal and those instructions were from this day forward and if still hungry an hour later to eat some more protein.

I would still be very hungry if I ate only 3 or 4 oz for a meal.

I was 250 before the band, got down to 140 (too low for me) after it slipped and gained to 180 when it was unfilled.  Got the sleeve at 180, lost to 155 (in a year's time!) and currently at 160.  I gained 5 pounds after a recent round of plastics because of drinking lots of protein shakes added additional calories.

No flaming from me! I can eat about 3 ounces of dense meat like steak, pork chops or chicken with about 2.5 tablespoons of potatoes and 4-5 broccoli spears.  I don't drink with meals, but I do with snacks otherwise I would not get all my liquids in.  I am finding that I still have pretty good restriction, but I get hungry really often, so its a battle not to graze.  I too am on maintenance but wouldn't mind losing another 10 lbs as my weight fluctuates a lot.

Now that I think about it, if I eat filet I can usually eat only half, although on a recent cruise I ate a whole 6 oz filet.  Broccoli fills me up.  It's just annoying in that I wish I had chosen a different surgery for revision than sleeve.
