You'll have to look them up individually but the info you want can be found here;

Go on dailyplate.com or spark.com or some place where people track foods. Guesstimate what's on your pizza, 1tbs pizza sauce, 2tbs mozzerella, 5 pepperoni slices, 2 tbs mushroom, etc... it certainly won't be exact, but it'll be close.
I know you believe you understand what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant. 24lbs lost pre-surgery. I'm 5'2.
Someone had posted a similar question a while back.
The best answer (because there is not a real answer) is just to estimate how much cheese you ate, how many slices of pepperoni, etc and go to a generic calorie counter to tally it up. (1 ounce of cheese is about the size of two dice)
