OMG!!! LOVE turkey bacon!!!!!  I have the same breakfast every single morning because it makes me feel good, full, and not like I just ate a huge dinner... that breakfast is one egg and 4 strips of turkey bacon.  I microwave them for 2:30 to get them super crunchy!!  yum yum yum!!!
I will never go back to regular bacon.  I use to think turkey bacon was too rubbery, but that was before I learned to cook it well done and get it crispy!  now, it is the best!!

I love it too.  I have been having it everyother day.  I eat 2 pieces and a part of an egg, ofr some reason, I cann't eat more.  I put the bacon in a hot nonstick skillet and cook it till its nearly burnt.  Some times, I add black cracked pepper.  It is so satisfying to the stomach.  Yes, you are correct it is so crunchy!!!

Well, I usually just have oatmeal, but turkey bacon and an egg beater sounds much better. Ty

I have a protein drink for b'fast because I just can't tolerate food until about 10 AM.

But back to the turkey bacon....I USED to eat it when dieting and loved it.  Guess I should consider it for lunch sometimes.

But, the other day I was watching Dr. Oz.  He said that turkey bacon isn't all turkey,  That there are a lot of fillers in it and it also has more sodium than good old pig bacon,  He said to just eat the pig and not the turkey, because overall the pig is healthier because it doesn't have all those added fillers.  I was going to compare labels to see if Dr. Oz knows what he's talking about, but haven't done that yet.

Some people might not support my WLS decision.
Those people remind me of slinkys. Not good for much but it would would bring a smile to my face if someone pushed them down the stairs.

Hi, it's my NEW favorite breakfast.  2 strips turkey bacon which I put in the fying pan as it reminds me more of regular bacon and 1/2 cup of Fage plain yogurt with 1/2 teaspoon honey.  Yum, it fills me up, and the protein count is not bad, too (18g).

I love turkey bacon!! I make an omelet out of fresh mushrooms, turkey bacon, spinach and egg beaters. Some times I add onion too. Top with a little cheese. It's my new favorite breakfast.  Yummy!!

I prefer to eat Center Cut bacon - the good ole pork kind. It's really healthier for you, but we tend to go for turkey as we always think of turkey as healthier. Read the label and see what kind of other products are in there, and what chemicals are giving it the pork flavor
