During surgery, the LAST thing on my mind was my boobies lol.  Clothing was not allowed.  I wore a hospital gown, which covered everything and hospital socks.  That's it lol.  I would try to relax and not worry about it.  You'll be knocked out before they lift anything.

No undergarments here. One of my incisions is actually covered by my regular bra in the front so they obviously would have had issues if I would have had anything on. Don't sweat it, I told the anesthesiologist he was my favorite person in the whole world. He got a kick out of it especially with my husband standing there holding my hand. So you can embarass yourself all kinds of ways and then modesty goes right out the window!

I work in the medical field and believe me you don't have anything they haven't seen before and if you do I'm sure they will let you know about it.   Unles you have an unusual piercing or tatoo????  Honest,  as a medical person ... it's kind of you've seen one boobie you've seen them all :-).

I've always kept on a white sports bra.

The nurses always say everything off however I've kept it on and said I was uncomfortable and modest. As long as the dr says it's ok you're good.

I put my sports bra on after but took it back off when I realized I had an incision right under my bra-line. good news, the binder they gave me kept my boobies from touching my belly! gotta hate that! good news, the dont touch it anymore
