The wrong way

Hey guys.  I know I posted this b4 but the scale is steadily going the wrong way,  I am at 207 today when just 3 days ago I was at 204.  I dont know what is going on.  My lowest weight was 200 and that was two weeks ago.  Has this happened to anyone b4?  Do you know what may be causing the weight gain?

I was sick about 2 weeks ago and during that time I lost lbs quickly because I wasnt eating. Do you think I lost those too quick and therefore the werent really gone?  I dont know just need an explanation...

i have no real answer for you because im not yet sleeved, but i would try to relax and take in a deep breathe, stress will only make it worse. if this is something which you are concerned about you can always contact your surgeon :) but i bet its nothing. if you were sick then that could have caused this, then again i dont know lol but i do know from seeing your ticker that youre loosing wonderfully, so dont give up ok :)

Probably your body re-adjusting due to the illness.  What you loss during that time was probably mostly water, and your body is rehydrating itself.  You know how little you're eating - it's really not possible for you to be gaining fat this fast.  It's water weight gain....frustrating as heck, ain't it?  Stick with the program, exercise some patience, and it'll drop again.

Have you looked at what you are eating and how this has changed if any?  Are you working out more, working out less, eating less, eating more etc?

My eating has not changed.  I can't eat anything really...LOL (well not as much as I want to)!  I havent been excercising as much as I need to, so that could be it also.  Thanks for the input!
