2 months out and loving it (pics)
Yesterday I was officially two months out from my VSG. I am still loving it and amazed at how easy this has all been. I still try not to compare my weight loss with others as that can be frustratring. I am down 36 pounds since surgery day and eat POP (perfectly on plan) 99 percent of the time. I have had a little of this and that here and there and nothing has seems to cause a stall or illness. I think I have gone up to 4 days without loss but then tend to lose 1.5 to 2 pounds. I am in love with my sleeve and hope it keeps going at this rate for as long as possible. I have yet to set an exact goal, my ticker says 150 as I know I want to get at least that low but I wont know how I feel about that number till I get there. I am dying to get to goal as I really want to get plastics under way! If youre on the fence, jump off and run to the surgeons office!!!
