Shell -- thank you, thank you, thank you.  i appreciate your honesty and that you were willing to share your whole story.  i think it's probably true for more people than we think.  i know it's a challenge i'll face -- i'm struggling a little bit now at almost 3 mos out, even though i know i'm in the honeymoon stage.  still craving "bad" food and really bad at the whole carbs/protein thing.

you really are an inspiration to me.  you have been so honest and so clear about the challenges of keeping this weight off long-term.  way more real to me than some of the shorter-term huge weight losses.

thank you again.  you can do it!  i know you can, b/c you have before.  and congrats on the couple-dom.  i find being in a loving relationship to be a wonderful thing and you CERTAINLY deserve it!

i know you've gotten a million responses to your post, but just had to add one more.

sending loads of love ((((((((((((ms shell))))))))))

Thanks for adding one more response Ann.  I write from my heart and it's feed back when I see so many people who take something from it and can apply it however =)

As they say ain't love grand...indeed it is =)

You know, of course, that we must see pics of New Man.

Thanks for sharing your story Ms Shell, it's refreshing to read such an open an honest post.  I'm sorry you're struggling but I'm sure you'll get back on track!  The only part that depressed me is that I realized I'm actually older than you! *Giggles*  I'll be 42 in August! *Pouts*  and I still haven't found love! *Pouts more* *Giggles*

Anyway, we're here to support each other, and I'm just an email away! *Winks*

I'm not up to much, basicly just going with the flow and trying to stay on plan like everyone else on this site I suppose! Trying to eat and drink and keep up all of my levels in terms of vitamins and minerals.  Also trying desperately not to lose my hair, although I know there's not much I can do to save it if it went into telogen phase on me...hoping it didn't!  *Giggles*

I'm glad God was saving someone just for you!  You definitely deserve it!
