Flavor your "Nuts"

I bought a bunch of bags of roasted un-salted almonds on sale.......kinda boring.....

I put some in a baggie......

Sprinkled in:

- Smart Balance oil
- Taco Seasoning-Dry
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder

Shake, shake, shake......

Yum!

Frisco, go to the farmer's market and buy yourself some sprouted almonds, they have almost half the calories, as in one ounce has 99 cals, and the regular ones have 170 cals. and there are many other reasons why they are better for you.  Keep flavoring those nuts as you will :)
