I started this Journey at 300 lbs in July 2010.  I lost 34 pounds pre-op; and now have lost 33 pounds since my surgery 9 weeks ago !!!!  That is a total weight loss of 67 yes, count 'um 67 flipping pounds !!!!

I am so pleased, happy, blown away that I cannot quite wrap my brain around it !!!!

So to those stuck in a STALL -- it will break !  Mine was a three week time period where I lost a whopping two pounds !!!  But it DOES break, and the scale WILL move again !!!!

I love my sleeve.  It has shown me that I CAN do this.  I can be hungry and be satisfied with one piece of cheese !! I CAN eat 3 bites of birthday cake and feel satisfied.  I CAN eat 2 ounces of steak, enjoy the heck out of it, and be full for the next 4 hours !!!!

I CAN !!!!!  And so can YOU !!!!

Hey there neighbor long time no talk.....good job on the weight loss that is great, I'm so happy for you. You're gonna be down to size in no time, I just know it! I'm not as restricted as you so it takes 2 or 3 pieces of cheese to feel full but that's still a tiny amount compared to what I used to cram in my tummy till it was packed full lol. Congrats on your successes so far, keep up the great work!

Have a good day
Missy
