adding pictures to your Forum

I know this has probably been asked a million and one times, but how do u add pics to your forum???  I thought I was computer savvy, but I see that I am not because I can't figure this out...UGH!!!

1st you have to have them saved to your profile.  Then you have to have you profile page open in one window and your post open in another window.  Then you can copy and paste them into your post.  I just learned this today.  The key to saving them in your profile is resizing the photos to no larger than 20K.  I was able to do this by saving the photo in MS Paint and then resizing it there before I tried to upload it to my profile. You open two windows and then drag the picture across!  I sound like I know what I am talking about...but I don't.
