Ok, my OH friends... I have my support group tonight and the topic we're going over is protein.

Just want to find out from all of you what you've found to be your favorite protein supplement or source of protein.

Thanks everyone!!! Hope you all have a great day!

I have only tried the Pure Protein shakes from Costco and the Unjury powder and of the two by far I prefer Unjury chocolate. The vanilla and chicken arent bad but the chocolate is something I would have drank before even trying to diet. I loves it!

how do you mix your lemonade?  It seems to clump on me but I figure I'm mixing it incorrectly.  any ponters.

Oh man, I hear you there.  I have the same problem.  Best solution I can offer you (and it does work, just takes a LOT of patience, which I have little of), get a blender ball bottle, make sure you have enough water, and shake, shake, shake, wait a little, and shake some more.  it will eventually blend up and the vast majority of the chunks go away, but it takes a ton of shaking and about 5-10 minutes before its good to drink.  Funny part is I shake it so much it is just a yellow foam, then I let it sit for 10 mins or so to get back to a liquid state, and then it is usually good to drink.  I think a blender ball is critical though.

BSN Lean Desserts are good, especially frozen, but expensive and carby! *Edit to add, carbier than I care to spend on a drink*

For my bang for my buck, Optimum Nutrition Cake Batter is my favorite tub O vanilla flavor.

Course, meat is my most favorite protein!  Mmmm marbled meat!!

CHORIZO, BACON, GIMMES MEATZ!

Vote #3 for GNC 60. Love the chocolate but add a small amount of cocoa to reduce the sweet flavor. Also use it to make protein ice cream!
