VSG on 11/05/07 with
B- fage cherry greek yogurt with low fat granola
L- leftover roasted chicken thigh with 1/2 roasted potato
D- perdue perfect portion chicken breast grilled parmesan style  and some snap peas
S- protein shake and if still hungry an apple
starting weight  225/  lowest weight 129/ goal weight 135

Had B- 3oz greek yogurt, L-2-3oz refried beans with a teaspoon of ricotta and W/W string cheese

1 cup of 1/2 decaf coffee

Happy Tuesday!! I'm sooo ready for the weekend!! It's been a long week so far and it's only Tuesday.

B: Cold Coffee Protein Shake (almondmilk, 1 1/2 scoop protein powder & instant coffee)
S: Bartlett Pear
L: 1/2 Stouffers Salisbury Steak with a few bites of the Mac & Cheese
S: Cottage Cheese
D: Mocha Frappe Protein Shake (1% milk, 1 scoop protein powder, cocoa powder & instant coffee blended w/ice)
S: String Cheese & Almonds

Water: 64+oz
Vits: Done
Exercise: None-Just remembered I'm doing my first 5K of the year next weekend. Holy Crap!! It's been so long since I've exercised I just might die!! LOL!

 B: low-fat chocolate soy milk latte and Sublimate's tuna salad
S: one chicken leg
L: more tuna salad
S: PinkBerry small frozen yogurt and chocolate chips and blueberries
D: home made chili
S: one or two seaweed snacks for TJ's

I also drink tea with low fat milk or low fat soy milk all day so maybe another cups worth of that.
