Cold drinks causing cramping

I had my surgery 4 days ago and find I don't like cold drinks!   I have eaten some sugar-free jello in the hospital that was cold, and some yogurt, but I just tried Crystal Lite Lemonade and that did NOT work.
Anyone else like that?    Wonder if it will change later?

You'll find some things you don't like anymore.  I am almost 7 months post op and I still don't like cold fluids.  I drink decaf teas all day now, and herbal teas.   I used to be an avid coffee drinker, I have not been able to stand the taste since surgery.  It's a strange new world, but sooooo worth it!  Congrats!

funny, alot of people say they need to drink room temp beverages. I can tolerate hot or cold and have since surgery but every sleeve is different. congrats on your sleeve, girl!

 Paula! (:

So glad to hear things went well for you! How have you been!? I also don't like cold water. Room temp goes down wayyy better! I can eat cold jello and apple juice with no problem but for some reason I just don't like the water cold! Weird.

Its  all so different for all of us.  I could eat a popsicle but no way did my tummy like cold water.  I'm almost 11 months out and i still drink it room temp.  Congratulations on your surgery :o) jeani
