OMG OMG I got approved ..........
OMG I got approved today. Surgeons office submitted yesterday and today I received a call about 3pm from my insurance case manager she said I was approved and she was going to fax approval over to surgeon once she got off the phone with me and for me to call surgeons office tomorrow. WOOOO HOOOOOO!!!!! Omg I am soooo...... excited. It feels like it has been forever for me. I started this whole journey in 2006 with a whole lot of trials & tribulations and its finally here. I am calling 1st thing tomorrow so I can get my date. Well I guess I will be starting this liquid diet soon. I will keep everyone posted. Thank you all for the much needed support u have shown me. Im so ready to be on the losers bench. Make way BABY!!!!!

Start gathering some things for your post op diet. Creamed soups, liquid protien supplements to have on hand so you don't have to run out. Read Read Read and Educate yourself as much as possible. You are on your way! Congratulations to you and I wish you much success and happiness!

Yeah, that's great news, i'm so happy for you. As soon as you can after surgery get up and walk, it makes a big difference. Take your time eating when you finally get to. My biggest regret is i didn't do that. I still eat way too fast. You'll do great :o) Jeani

Oh my goodness thanks guys, I am looking forward to this new life and a goods night sleep lol I have sleep apnea so Im ready to get rid of that and get some good rest.This has been a crazy ride but I am here now.
What are some of your fav protein drinks/powders?
Ginger - I hope u hear some good news soon. Yes u are right behind so we may have our surgeries around the same time.
