Can you believe it has been 2 months? How are you doing? Let's continue to support each other through the good and the bad. Anybody experiencing any problems? Anybody struggling with food? Anybody have any great NSV's to share? Let us know!!

As for myself...I'm down 38 pounds since surgery. I've adjusted to how much food I can eat in one sitting but I'm not "over the moon" about it. I don't think it's too much to ask to finish a 1/2 cup of chili...lol I know we'll eventually get there and I'll be crying because I can eat more BUT NOT TODAY...LOL

I started this journey at 311 pounds. Today I am 258. 53 pounds down from my highest weight. Went from 3X tops to 1X tops (depending on the label). Went from 24 pants to 20. Went from size 22 dress to 16. I'm loving my sleeve!!

Some NSV's for me:

- I can actually run around with my son
- I fit into size 16 dresses (still in a 20 pants though...still have that donkey following me around...lol)
- Going to the ballpark without complaining about the walk
- Had to clean out my closet and SERIOUSLY need to go shopping

Good job! Way to make that sleeve work for you! I know what you mean about finishing 1/2 cup of anything! LOL... But, no complaints!

Hiya! I'm doing great! Down to 177 and wearing size 12 jeans now! Wooohoooo! I really haven't had any issues... Go in tomorrow for my lab work for my 3 month follow up! I'm loving my sleeve, loving the new foods I eat now and loving exercising!

I am down 30 lbs from surgery 8 weeks ago! Gaining more acceptance of my new life with the sleeve everyday (still don't like the way dense protein feels) and finally adding a bit of exercise. I had a really tough time with depression for the first 6 weeks post-op but I am now off all medication and feeling much better mentally speaking. I am working through my closet - the biggest change I am seeing is in the way my tops fit, some are just too big - I may need to move to size L next time I buy!
