It's Working!!!
Hey All-
So last week I made the decision to try eating smaller portions of food in hopes it would get the scale moving a little better...
Well.. it has!! In the past 10 days I have been consistently loosing approx .5 lb a day.. It's amazing how a small change that has not affected me at all in terms of being more hungry has made such a HUGE difference!
I'm probably going to jinx myself by saying this, but if I keep on this track I would meet my 100 lb total loss for my bday on 4/30.. If not.. Hopefully for my 6 month surgiversary on EDIT: 5/10 I clearly can't type!!.
