STALLS ARE NORMAL!
Thank you for sharing this information... I am in a 2 week stall. I have not *****ed about it - I just started to drink more water and am working out with a trainer 3 days a week to really work my muscles which I have lost with the weight lost.
SO I will just continue on my journey and focus on the positive - I am down 55 pounds, gone from a size 16 to 12's and some 10's and I am only 3+ months out. The scale will move eventually - it has too!
