Nooooo.....don't be fooled!!!!

I'm a photographer and film maker by trade.....

I'm OK on the grill.....but I can't really cook!

I re-heat pretty well......

I'm just very inspired by quality of food from here on out. Post surgery eating can be excellent if you grasp it and understand it. I see so many people that don't understand the concept, still thinking they can eat like a normal person.....sure some can....but most of us.....not...

I enjoy food more now than ever cause I value it much more now......If I'm gonna eat....It's gonna taste good !!! I still eat canned tuna fish...and frozen meatballs...but I always liked them before.

Quality over Quantity Rules !!!

I completely agree.......quality over quantity.  In the beginning, I had this mind set that the small amount of food I was able to eat made it not worth cooking extra special food.  But that has changed, especially because my brain and eyeballs have adjusted to  small portions.  Small portions seem normal.  I now go for quality.  I'm worth it, and every bite should be delicious, nutritious, and of excellent quality ingredients.

Whole foods are easier to cook with less ingredients..Keeping it simple and nutritious,  Your salmon dinner is the perfect example.

Salmon is one of those fishes that is sometimes 'too fishy' tasting for me but marinated in miso/sake I bet it's fantastic. You can keep the mushrooms though.

Seriously, it looks delish!

Got to love beautiful food porn!! Thanks for sharing!
I am trying to like fish better, I'm discovering I like the non-sweet marinades the best.
I am definitely a work in progress!
